How to Sell Your House Without an Agent

If you have tried to sell your home yourself, you know that the minute you put the "For Sale by Owner" sign up, the phone will start to ring off the hook. Unfortunately, most calls aren't from prospective buyers, but rather from every real estate agent in town who will start to hound you for your listing.
Like other "For Sale by Owners", you will be subjected to a hundred sales pitches from agents who will tell you how great they are and how you cannot possibly sell your house by yourself. After all, without the proper information, selling a house is not easy.

Perhaps you've had your house on the market for several months with no offers from qualified buyers. This can be a very frustrating time, and many homeowners have given up their dreams of selling their house themselves.

Don't Give Up!

But don't give up until you have read the report entitled, "Sell Your Own Home," which has been written especially for home sellers like you. You will find that selling your house by yourself is entirely possible once you understand the process.

Inside this report you will find 10 inside tips to selling your house by yourself, which will help you sell for the best price in the shortest amount of time. In a nutshell, you will find out what real estate agents don't want you to know. Simply put, these 10 inside tips describe the roadmap that every Realtor® applies when selling a house.

As a bonus, the report will show you how to calculate your "net gain" and what to look for to avoid "low ball" offers.

Please understand this, people like you have sold their homes by themselves successfully! You can do it too as long as you understand the process and have the time to go through it.  Take advantage of this free resource and learn how it is done. The report will be mailed to your home address.

You might asking yourself, why would a real estate agent help me sell my house? Simply put, because it is a win/win opportunity for both of us. You win because you:

•  Save the full Realtor® commission, which is probably one of your objectives.

•  Receive free reports to help you succeed in the sale of your house.

•  Have free access to many tools I provide in this website.

•  Will get help with all the paperwork (including legal forms) if I bring a qualified buyer.

•  Don't worry if the buyer can purchase your house because I will qualify all prospect buyers

    prior to showing your house.

•  Can (optionally) add your house to the "homes list" I show prospect buyers if you agree to

    pay a reduced commission.

•  Have access to my expertise (free of charge) should you get stuck with a difficult step in the

    sale of your house.

I win because adding your house to the pool of properties I have available increases the odds of finding the right house for my buyer-clients.  It also allows me to show prospect buyers homes that are not typically listed in the multiple listing service. And finally, it provides an opportunity for me earning a small commission.

Let me be clear on this - you do not have to agree to pay me a very reduced commission to receive the report mentioned on this page or to receive the other free resources offered in this website. I just won't add your house to the list of homes that I show prospect buyers.

Here is an additional offer that you may want to consider ...

Salability Test

What is it?  It is an in-depth evaluation of a property to determine if it meets the minimum standards for a successful sale.  It focuses on physical, cosmetic and staging aspects of a property and compares them against proven benchmarks.

What can you do with it?  The 6-page written report can be used to help homeowners make their homes more attractive to prospect buyers.  It also can be used to focus scarce resources into those areas that buyers value the most.  For instance, many sellers spend money on upgrade projects that are not important to buyers. Unfortunately, the money spent on these projects is rarely recovered in the sale.

How is it done?  The evaluation is conducted alongside the homeowner and it is basically a visual inspection of the entire house by a licensed real estate agent.  It is required that the homeowner accompanies the agent throughout the evaluation so he/she can highlight any improvement/upgrades unique to the property.  A written report will be provided to the homeowner before the agent depart the premises.

How much it costs?  $69  However, there is no cost to homeowners selling their homes "By Owner." Furthermore, the salability test carries no obligation of any kind.
